would like to make your shopping experience as pleasant
as possible. If for any reason you aren't completely
satisfied with your purchase, you may return non-sale
merchandise with an original receipt up to 30 days from
the purchase date for a full refund or store credit
(less shipping costs and overweight surcharges). Non-sale
merchandise returned without a receipt or after 30 days
from the date of purchase, and merchandise accompanied
by a gift receipt shall be exchanged for store credit
only. All sale and special order purchases are final;
no refunds or credits are available. Any/all available
store credits will be issued at the then lowest selling
price and are applicable towards store merchandise only.
Below is a list exclusions from our return policy.
The
few things you can't send back:

discounted for final sale personalized or custom items
- Halloween
items after October 15th
- holiday-themed
items after the holiday
- beauty
and hygiene products (Lotions, soaps, etc.)
- furniture
- drop-ship
items
- underwear
All
returns may be made via mail or in our stores, whichever
is most convenient for you. Shipping charges will apply
to mail-in exchanges.
To
make a return or exchange, please return the duplicate
copy of your packing slip along with your merchandise.
If you no longer have your packing slip, please e-mail
us or call us at (Toll Free) 1-877-254-7745 to obtain
a return authorization number.
